Vokèra Affinity – Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve and we are all having to adapt to dramatic changes in our daily lives. As such, we are also looking how best to continue to support our Affinity installers whilst being able to maintain business continuity, and as such, we are going to suspend the Affinity programme until further notice. Once the system is back up and running, you will be able to register any installations retrospectively. Boiler warranties will continue to be honoured as normal regardless of registration. We regret having to do this, but it will allow the Vokèra team to focus on critical business and service functions during this time, so that we can continue to support you and your customers in these unprecedented times. We will review as the situation unfolds and update you accordingly.
